A Few Essential Wedding Planning Suggestions
1. Don’t rush it - Plan in advance, at least 12-16 months, to alleviate stress and lessen the stress of saving and budgeting.
2. Organization is key - Compile all vendor correspondence, notes, and contracts in a folder or binder, in addition to necessary contact information and appointments. If you have inspiration photos, designate a section for that as well.
3. Expect the unexpected - Set aside an additional 5 to 10 percent or budget for unanticipated expenses, such as unexpected printing mistakes, tailoring needs, or other miscellaneous expenses.
4. Assign a photo catcher - Aside from professional photography, great photos can come from guests as well who can provide you with more great photos that can be downloaded and printed later.
5. Guest Priority - Arrange your guest list by order of prioritization. This will make it easier to lighten your list by making cuts beginning with those in low ranking precedence.
